[[From Day till Night....]]

I finally get to post about my recent activities! =)

These 2 days I was really packed with things. The schedule was so tight that I have to run from one place to another. Leaving house at 7 or 8 in the morning and reaching home at near midnight really worn me out.

Lets start with 29/5/09, Friday:

There was no school that day but I had to wake up at 7 a.m, reason being it was Friday Fever. Normally one would feel excited about the event that one organised but I was totally not in the mood... I guess I just feel no sense of belonging in Council as compared to CO. haha Co is still the best! =)) So, I reached school at around 8.10 a.m and had my breakfast in the canteen before going to Drama Studio. Anyway it was MTPs that day, so the school was kind of crowded. Mum didn't come for the MTP this term, as usual... It would probably be a good idea if I had insisted for her to come and see Mrs Tan.
(Oh and I got my report book the day before, it was terrible but not something unexpected, after all I did some calculation myself before getting the PPR. It just makes me wonder how do I go for DSA with that kind of results...argh...hate myself for that...)

So, we were 5 hours away from the actual event. After briefing, everyone got to work. Some were setting up the booth outside while the rest were decorating the place. At around 10, the performing groups arrived, so we had a run through of the event together with the emcees. Basically everything went well that day except some problems here and there but they weren't big ones, so it was manageable. (upload photos!)

After everything had ended, Boon and I went to AMK Hub. We bought flowers/helium balloons for Rebecca, Chua and Lisha. Then took bus 13 to VJC. haha it was indeed a long ride...(1h 30 mins!) we were supposed to fetch Teng Ping but didn't. She had her GP exam that day. Anyway after reaching VJC, we realised that we were way too early. We didn't had dinner yet so we went to the Mac near Parkway to eat. haha Then I saw ying teng! and her friend, and a group of Dunman CO peoplel. haha I recognised 1 of them cause she was one of my close friend's friend though I had only seen her on the photo a few times. So yup all of them were going for the VJCCO concert too. We went with Ying Teng to the flower shop at Parkway to buy 1 more stalk of flower cause I forgot to buy for Jia Yun. (heh! in the end she cant recognised me! She said I changed a lot...hmm...) I really enjoyed all the songs they played! All the songs they played were all the familiar songs the red badges played when they were back in SNCO! haha There was solo by all our seniors too! :D Rebecca, Amanda and Chua. I can't believe Rebecca actually used "tiao3 zu" during SYF. That's total madness. Their CO always gives me the impression that they are super bonded! haha and that they are a bunch of cheerful people, very lively and I like that enthusiasm for CO! This year we didn't take any pictures with Rebecca, probably it was an incomplete yq photo if it ever was taken.

After we talked to Rebecca for quite a long while, we went home. The time was like 11p.m? She said she was going to stay till 1 a.m for celebrations.... I dozed off on the bus... and I think I knocked on the glass window thrice. I was totally conked out when I reached home..... it was 12.15 a.m but I didn't regret going for the concert haha it was indeed worthwhile! haha I am definitely going for the concert again next year! :D

30/5/09, Saturday:

I woke up at 7. 45 a.m. It was kind of rush for me cause I was supposed to reach Kebun Baru CC by 8.30 a.m but all my comm members were late. It was partly my fault too. Anyway so we had comm interviews at 9 a.m sharp. It was indeed tiring to repeat most of the questions again and again. Well this is just the first day of interview. There is still a second one. I hope that we can form a good comm to lead CO to greater heights next year. One thing to note. It's easier to say than done. I truly hope you'll carry out all the things you promise to. It won't be easy but please do it. I have faith in you. Another thing I found out through the interview which set me thinking....I'm probably not a good pres...I think everyone just didn't like changes...

Oh well, so we tried our best to end on time. We had a small discussion after that. I was disappointed in some of their performance. We will definitely have some difficulties choosing certain posts. We left the CC at around 5.15 p.m. then Mag and I did something crazy again. haha but it was something good this time. We walked from the CC all the way to Bishan Junction 8. We didn't take any shortcuts, we just followed the bus route. We past AMK Hub and continued to J8 by following the MRT railway. It was a good exercise! haha We chat along the way, sharing stories of our past. It probably was a waste of time to some of you but I guess it was somehow a form of relaxation to me, to break away from work and duties.

... I met up with the Daji people at J8 so that we can attend the RJCO concert together. Yuqi tag along too. I just watched VJCCO performance yesterday so there will definitely be a comparison somehow, what's more when both schools played a common song, long teng. I guess all of you should know my answer on which one do I prefer. We took photos with Gloria after everything had ended then went to J8 again to eat ice. It was actually my dinner...haha cause I didn't had appetite to eat during dinner time. I know it was bad for health but...

I took train with Yuqi. The circle line is now open! haha the new Bishan MRT is nice. The air-con is super shiok! lol We saw Huai Tian and Yishan on the MRT. They were taking photos and I think they snapped a photo of us...

...reached home at around 11 p.m. Everyone was "hiding" in the air-con room, no one was in the living room. I thought no one noticed that I was back so I didn't do any greetings...in the end I got scolded...everything links...words like "rebellious" started appearing...using too much computer..don't know what she doing...not doing greetings...treating the house like hostel cause can't see her in the house the whole day which means she never study which means she don't care about her Os...not respecting them...not listening to them....there she goes nagging away. I guess going out 2 full days is a bad idea. but during the 2 days I was doing mainly council and CO stuff and attended 2 concerts. Sometimes, I was lazy to explain to them what I was doing. That's my fault but all this while it has been liked that isn't it? I used to tell you everything but you weren't listening then. You are always busy with your work and now cause your work is lesser than before, you seems to have more free time to stop and look at things around you. But things have changed somehow. I guess you can't trust me anymore, can you? No more faith in me. I know that you have been understanding lately, helping me in your little ways. I know it, I have seen it but I am not those kind who will say it out. That has always been our family tradition isn't it? I promise I will settle everything asap and I will focus on my work. I definitely wont neglect it!

Oh and by the way...I haven't showed you my PPR yet...I know the worst has yet to come....
