[[Celebration]]

It's Dad's birthday yesterday. Initially, we wanted to go out to eat. Hopefully it will improve their relationship...but well...everyone have their own schedule plan ahead. In the end, Mum and I decided to go shopping together. Unlike usual mums and daughters, Mum doesn't drag me out to do shopping with her or will ask me to accompany her somewhere. (probably last time will?).

Anyway, yup we spent a lot yesterday. I'm not sure if I can say I enjoyed myself. I just hope she does. If money equates to the amount of happiness we get in return, I guess we were really showered with happiness yesterday. We had a luxurious dinner at Ding Tai Feng. I remembered jokingly telling bro yesterday that mum and I shall go enjoyed ourselves the next day at Ding Tai Feng, and then it really came true. I have never tried the delicacies there. It was indeed a sumptuous meal. It was the kind that you wated on TV. The soup really seeps out of the xiao long bao when you bite it. The outer skin used to wrap the ingredients was thin and translucent. Sweet~ Yummy~ hahaha I really felt like a country pumpkin!

The waiter and waitresses there were efficient in their work. The most interesting thing was the little bag they provide to allow customers to put their belongings inside which they were then be covered up with a brown cloth. Every table has one of those, filling up the empty spaces between tables to tables while making the restaurant look elegant at the same time. Perfect~ =)

I told mum that I would like to work there the next time, if I have a chance as a part timer. haha The next thing she replied was, " Are you sure you can?" hahaha Oh well, I guess it will be a nice experience?

Thinking too far ahead I guess! hahaha

Anyway, I renewed my contract and got a new handphone-Samsung Galaxy Ace. I am still trying to adjust to it.... I guess I am really not that tech-savvy afterall... I spent the whole morning till late afternoon trying to transfer my data over. Grr....just as when I was motivated to study!!! =( In the end, bro helped me settle it. haha Oh, I bought a new camera too! I was spending the whole morning trying to register the warranty card, looking at instructions manual (which I doubt anyone would nowadays...), online services, spending ridiculously long time looking for the serial number! (I think samsung needs to take note of that the next time~ haha State the differences between IMEI and S/N! I need to remove my handphone cover to find that if not for the advice from Dad.) etc. I was totally clueless! haha but I guess everytime I try something new, I gain something in return~ =))

Lastly, we bought 2 T-shirts from Isetan for Dad! Hope you like! I just hope that you will enjoy yourself no matter where are you and please hurry clear up the misunderstandings...you miss the chance on your birthday....

And sorry Mum! I know I spend a lot of money today... sorry... I will make sure I have a high income next time to pay you back.
